Carrie Vanston helps organizations grow engaged and innovative cultures that lead to high employee retention, satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.  She is a consummate connector, who enjoys bringing like-minded people together to share, learn, and grow through culture coaching, workshops, presentations, and facilitation. She is developer of “The Five Keys to an Engaged and Innovative Culture” and co-author of the award-winning book MINITRENDS: How Innovators & Entrepreneurs Discover & Profit From Business & Technology Trends. The Five Keys gives a pathway to a conscious business culture and the book is a “how-to” on finding emerging trends and new ideas and running with them.

Carrie directed TFI’s popular MiniTrends Conference Series for three years with the themes “The Integration of Profit & Social Responsibility,” “Insight, Innovation & Strategy,” and “Translating Emerging Trends into Business Opportunities.”

Carrie’s earlier tenure as TFI Marketing and Media Relations Director have resulted in a continuing and growing awareness of TFI and its MiniTrends Project as a highly qualified forecasting and trends leader in the high-technology and telecom industries. Business and industry publications including The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo.com, Telephony, America’s Network, About.com, and The Futurist have cited the views of TFI’s staff members and the results of TFI’s marketing research reports.

Carrie has many years of experience in public relations, marketing, and sales in the high-technology, telecom, and entertainment industries. She has internet marketing course work at UCLA and a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of Texas at Austin.
