The Pearson Strategy Group is based in Austin, Texas, USA and owned by Steve Pearson whose extensive background in engineering positions, analysis, training and manufacturing provides deep understanding of his clients needs. In his various roles, Steve experienced companies struggling with innovation and realized that his research and technical expertise, coupled with his ability to explain the complex in simple terms, could streamline an often tedious and expensive process. The resulting business became The Pearson Strategy Group where Steve’s fine-tuned approach can cut months or even years from new product development, and keep YOU ahead of your competition!

Before starting The Pearson Strategy Group, Steve was an Analyst at Nerac and a process control engineer covering the machining and electropolishing of stainless steel fittings and tubing at Advanced Stainless Technologies in Austin. He has also worked at Motorola’s semiconductor manufacturing group in Austin as an equipment and process control engineer.

Earlier, Steve served aboard a U.S. Navy submarine as both an electronics technician and a nuclear reactor operator, and was a trainer at the Naval Reactors Facility at the Idaho National Laboratory.

Steve also founded the intellectual property licensing company Visionex Holdings, LLC.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a Treasurer for the Power and Energy Society and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Society for Manufacturing Engineers (SME) the World Future Society as well as the American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME). Steve is happily married to his wife DeAnne, a well known Career Coach with her own business Deliberate Careers.
